We are holding an open tryout this Saturday Oct 19th. Come in and be prepared to work out. If wrestling is something you’ve you thought about doing this is your chance.
Basic Drills will including running, rolling, lifting your own weight, and basic workout drills.
– Bring clean workout clothes and an extra pair.
– Wear athletic shoes
– Bring water
– Bring a towel
– Be prepared to start at 11am
– You can start your deposit and pay after class
